Join us for Suit Up Spring Suit Drive and Open House on Thursday, March 7, 2013, between 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. at Total Drama Studio & Women’s Wellness Center at 322 New Dorp Lane, 2nd Floor,S.I., NY 10306 ( corner of Clawson Avenue)
The Suit Up Program provides free business clothing to men and women in need on Staten Island. This includes unemployed, individuals negatively impacted by Hurricane Sandy and young adults enrolled in career and/or leadership programs.
Spring business clothing is requested to assist Staten Islanders get back to work and move forward with your support. Enjoy a networking opportunity, Cocktail for a $5 donation and refreshments at our monthly Open House event. Also, learn about opportunities to mentor, be a guest speaker at an upcoming career seminar, assist styling a career client and special events.
We are currently recruiting mentors and sponsors for our Moving Forward Mentoring program, which matches unemployed men and women with mentors to provide career support and advice. Beginning in April 2013, we will be holding monthly support group meetings for our participants and offer one-on-one career support. we offer these services with the generous donations and volunteers and S.I. community businesses partners, Total Drama Studio, Marie Two Timer Boutique, Dan Knafo Photography, RealEstateSINY and Empire State Bank.

The Suit Up Program is possible due to our partnership with Total Drama Studio and Women’s Wellness center, which provides space and support for our fittings and program. Services provided by Total Drama, include:career coaching sessions, nutrition and fitness. Fashion and beauty advice also will be provided by Suit Up volunteers, Claire Guadagno , owner of Total Drama Studio and Marie, owner of Two Timer Boutique-Consignment Shop, other business owners and beauty consultants.
